SpaceX, Like Tesla, Will Give Investors the Mic on the Earnings Call -- WSJ
Dow Jones2026/08/04 14:15By Becky Peterson
SpaceX will release its quarterly financial report after markets close today and its conference call starts at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Similar to Tesla, SpaceX is letting investors submit questions ahead of the call. They can also "upvote" others' questions. Some may be shared and answered by executives.
So far, the most popular questions are gags centered on a plush toy called Asteroid available on the SpaceX website-a movement which appears to be led by commenters trying to pump crypto currency. Another commenter asks if management will name the new rocket "Shipy McShipface."
SpaceX shares trade at around $120, well below their IPO price of $135. The stock has lost more than half its value from a high reached in the days after its June public offering.
