Nvidia Increases Share Repurchase Authorization by $150 Billion to $235 Billion Through Fiscal 2028

07:19 AM EDT, 09/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia's (NVDA) board authorized an additional $150 billion under the company's existing share buyback program, increasing the total remaining authorization to $235 billion, the company said Monday. Nvidia expects to carry out the share repurchases under the remaining program through fiscal 2028, it said. Nvidia said the increase is the largest share repurchase authorization increase in history. Shares of the company were up 1.5% in pre-bell activity on Monday.
