- Deal targets customer contracts, intellectual property, trademarks, and business assets tied to Roboticom’s SandRob, ORTIS, and ScultoRob lines.
- Consideration set at up to USD 30 million in cash and equity, paid over time.
- Roboticom generated about USD 14.1 million revenue and USD 6.9 million gross margin in fiscal 2025; EBITDA-positive.
- Roboticom management projections target USD 153.5 million revenue and USD 64 million adjusted operating contribution by fiscal 2029/30.
