Solaris Energy Infrastructure Prices Offering of Senior Notes due 2032

05:47 PM EDT, 09/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Solaris Energy Infrastructure (SEI) said late Tuesday it priced an upsized offering of $1.25 billion of 7% senior notes due 2032. The offering is expected to be completed on Oct. 1, subject to closing conditions, the company said. Net proceeds will be used to cover offering-related expenses and for general corporate purposes, according to a statement.
