- Results included USD 1.28 million of restructuring costs after an October 2025 plan to pause BNC210 work and cut headcount.
- Other income climbed to USD 2.86 million, and the company recorded a USD 5.36 million goodwill impairment tied to Merck’s MK-1167 trial cancellation.
