04:28 AM EDT, 09/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Walker & Dunlop (WD) has secured a $293.2 million refinancing for a mixed-use commercial property in Manhattan's Meatpacking District, the company said late Thursday. The firm secured the fixed-rate loan from Corebridge Financial on behalf of its clients, Aurora Capital and William Gottlieb Real Estate, it said.
