Metallus Appoints Kristopher Westbrooks as CEO as Michael Williams Plans Retirement

05:14 PM EDT, 08/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Metallus (MTUS) appointed Chief Operating Officer Kristopher Westbrooks as CEO, effective Jan. 1, 2027, succeeding Michael Williams, who plans to retire Dec. 31. Westbrooks, 48, served as COO since June 2025 and initially joined as chief financial officer in September 2018, Metallus said Monday in a regulatory filing. Williams will remain a special adviser to the CEO and board until June 30, 2027.
