- Rental income rose 2.45% to CHF 20.21 million, while operating profit (EBIT) climbed to CHF 55.92 million from CHF 35.25 million.
- Free cashflow improved to negative CHF 18.26 million from negative CHF 72.21 million, while net asset value increased to CHF 809.45 million.
- Portfolio market value rose to CHF 1.36 billion, while the vacancy rate for standing properties widened 1.4 percentage points to 7.4%.
- Management reiterated a positive 2026 view, guiding for operating result before depreciation and revaluation broadly in line with 2025 and higher full-year profit.
