- Revenue rose 8.9% to R$ 1.03 billion, while EBITDA (ICVM 156) fell 26.7% to R$ 509 million.
- EBITDA margin narrowed 24 percentage points to 49.4%, hit by a R$ 190 million provision tied to CART’s sale SPA obligations.
- GRU Airport handled 11,258,000 passengers, up 0.1%, while cargo volume climbed 6.5% to 96,078 tonnes.
- Invepar invested R$ 145.7 million in GRU, up 81.2%, targeting capacity expansion under the 11th concession contract addendum.
