- Rental income fell 61.11% year over year to USD 1.76 million, pushing total revenue down 59.72% to USD 1.87 million.
- Cash on hand totaled USD 62.9 million at June 30, including USD 14.4 million of restricted cash; net loss was USD 38.9 million for the first half.
- Asset sales generated USD 11 million of gross proceeds in Q2; another USD 3 million sale closed after quarter-end, alongside an USD 8.9 million distribution.
- Management cited a term-loan refinancing to add sale flexibility; a Dallas option agreement targets USD 50.8 million of gross proceeds.
