- R&D expense fell 25.41% to USD 10.83 million; G&A expense declined 8.9% to USD 7.8 million.
- Total operating expenses dropped 19.33% to USD 18.62 million, while operating loss narrowed to USD 18.62 million from USD 23.08 million.
- Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled USD 36.7 million at June 30, down from USD 58.5 million at Dec. 31.
- FDA review of the INO-3107 BLA advanced toward an Oct. 30, 2026 PDUFA date; cash runway guided into late Q1 2027.
