- Pertumbuhan organik pendapatan 3%; menjadi 1% bila disesuaikan dampak penguatan dolar AS terhadap mata uang utama.
- Beban naik 20% menjadi USD 2,5 miliar; rasio beban terhadap pendapatan naik ke 75% dari 73%.
- Laba bersih untuk pemegang saham naik menjadi USD 274 juta dari USD 56 juta; terbantu perbaikan selisih kurs menjadi gain USD 14 juta.
- Arus kas operasi naik 10% menjadi USD 477 juta; free cash flow available to shareholders naik 57% menjadi USD 345 juta.
