- Net income rose 57.9% to USD 3.3 million, lifting diluted EPS to USD 0.18.
- Adjusted EBITDA climbed to USD 8.3 million; gross margin narrowed 0.6 percentage points to 11% on a large gas transmission job.
- Backlog stood at USD 286.6 million at June 30, down from March 31’s USD 325.1 million.
- Management cited demand in water distribution and electrical construction, a recovery in gas transmission, and raised the quarterly dividend 33% to USD 0.04 a share.
