- Net sales fell 10.83% to USD 168 million on timing of customer orders; Canadian heavy-duty relocation to Mexico also delayed shipments.
- Gross margin narrowed 1.8 percentage points to 16.2%, including a roughly 2% headwind from foreign-currency fluctuations.
- Operating income dropped 82.43% to USD 3.5 million; adjusted operating income was USD 11.2 million, including a USD 3.5 million FX hit.
- Reaffirmed fiscal 2027 net sales outlook of USD 780 million-USD 800 million; expects more than USD 900 million annualized net sales by year-end.
