- Underwriters hold a 30-day option for up to 1,650,000 additional shares, lifting the deal to 12,650,000 shares if fully exercised.
- Closing is expected Aug. 10, 2026.
- No initial proceeds; cash is expected on physical settlement by Sept. 30, 2027, based on the offering price less underwriting discounts.
- Proceeds are earmarked for investment funding, revolving credit facility repayment, other indebtedness reduction, general corporate purposes.
