- Oil and natural gas sales rose 36.67% to USD 149.3 million from the year-ago quarter.
- Adjusted EBITDAX (non-GAAP) increased 5.47% to USD 79.6 million; adjusted net income (non-GAAP) totaled USD 11.1 million, or USD 0.09 per share.
- Daily production climbed 1% to 32,044 Boe per day; lease operating expense rose to USD 10.27 per Boe, due to higher saltwater disposal and other costs.
- Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.11 per share, payable Sept. 14 to holders of record Aug. 28.
