- Maximum repurchase size set at €11 million.
- Buyback price set at €1,030.7 per €1,000 bond, including €30.7 accrued interest to Aug. 26, 2026.
- Tenders run Aug. 10-21, 2026; settlement set for Aug. 26, 2026.
- Proration applies if tenders exceed the cap; repurchased bonds will be canceled.
