Peloton FY26 net income turns to profit at $63.2 million; revenue falls 3.04% to $2.45 billion

- Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) totaled $142.3 million; trailing-12-month adjusted EBITDA rose to $468.2 million.
- Free cash flow (non-GAAP) came in at $88.7 million, taking trailing-12-month free cash flow to $377.6 million.
- Total gross margin increased 260 basis points year over year to 56.7%, as subscription adjusted gross margin rose 277 basis points to 73.6%.
- Guided FY27 revenue at $2.3 billion-$2.4 billion, adjusted EBITDA at $475 million-$525 million; acquired connected Pilates technology firm Skép.
