- Holders converted 3,198 Series B Preferred shares into 4,920,005 common shares during the reduction period.
- Common shares outstanding totaled 12,332,955; Series B Preferred shares outstanding were 27,134 following the conversions.
- No Series B warrants were exercised during the temporary reduction period.
