Securitize appoints former SEC director Brett Redfearn as President and Board Member
Foresight News reports that tokenized securities platform Securitize has announced the appointment of Brett Redfearn as company President, who will also join the board of directors, having been promoted from his previous role as Chair of the Advisory Committee.
Brett Redfearn has decades of experience in regulation and market structure, having held leadership positions at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), JPMorgan, and a certain exchange. According to Securitize, in his new position he will lead the platform's scale expansion in issuance, trading, and fund management, and further advance relationships with regulators and institutional partners.
