Pendle's Enhanced Yield Protocol Equilibria: Asset Security, contract code differs from Penpie
The Pendle Yield Enhancement Protocol Equilibria announced on platform X that the assets of Equilibria itself are secure, and its contract code is different from Penpie. Adding a Pendle market pool to Equilibria requires approval from the core team, and there is a 7-day waiting period for rewards distribution. The scope of business of Equilibria is similar to that of the Pendle derivative protocol Penpie which was attacked today. Today, Penpie suffered a hacker attack resulting in approximately $27 million in asset losses.
