Terra Chain has resumed blocks, and the emergency upgrade has been completed
July 31, - According to Terra's official Twitter feed, the Terra chain resumed out of blocks at around 4:19 UTC (12:19 BST) today, and the emergency chain upgrade has been completed. Transactions have now resumed processing and users can resume normal activities. Verifiers holding more than 67% of the voting rights have upgraded their nodes to prevent the vulnerability from happening again, and more verifiers are expected to complete the upgrade soon.
