On July 3, Musk replied to Vitalik's tweet that "Prediction markets and Community Notes are becoming two of today's top social cognitive technologies" with a positive response.
According to Vitalik, "Prediction markets and Community Notes are becoming two of the top social cognitive technologies of the 2020s. These technologies are centered on the pursuit of truth and democracy, and emphasize open public participation over pre-selected elite constructs. In the future, expect to see more innovative developments like these."
