1. In the third quarter, Petrobras' oil and gas production increased by 12% year-on-year, reaching 3.51 million barrels of oil equivalent per day, a 5.3% quarter-on-quarter growth and a record high. The company stated that faster commissioning of new platforms in deepwater oilfields, including the P-78 and P-79 units of the Buzios project, was the main driving force.2. During the same period, Petrobras operated its refineries near full capacity, helping Brazil buffer the global energy market impact from the Iran war.
