- Common shares were suspended from Nasdaq trading September 2, 2026, when they began trading on OTCQX under ZTEKF.
- Management will prioritize capital and attention toward Albany, commercialization and Triera rather than maintaining the Nasdaq listing.
- Common shares remain listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under ZEN; a senior listing will be reassessed as business milestones are reached.
