Cardano price prediction for October 25 stays bearish below $0.2111, the level ADA needs to win back after dropping out of its recent trading range.
ADA needs a daily close back above $0.2111 to cancel the breakdown, with price at $0.2079, down 1.32% today and about 1.5% under that level. CRT, or candle range theory, marks one candle’s high and low and watches for a sweep of one side followed by a move to the other. The range here comes from the October 18 candle, between about $0.2219 and $0.2111.
ADA swept above the high on October 21 and dropped back through the range on October 22. Yesterday’s candle closed at $0.2106, just under the low, and today’s trade extends that move. Price also sits under all four daily EMAs, from the 100-day at $0.2193 up to the 50-day at $0.2263, the 20-day at $0.2267 and the 200-day at $0.2387. RSI at 36.57 is below its average of 43.31 and the neutral 50 mark, so momentum is still falling.
ADA looks more likely to close today below $0.2111 and test $0.20 on Sunday, and a close back above $0.2111 would put the 100-day EMA at $0.2193 in play.

The Cardano Foundation submitted a response to the European Commission’s review of the MiCA crypto rules. The Foundation asks for clearer, more consistent rules that separate decentralized blockchains from traditional financial services. Its main example is staking. On Cardano, ADA stays in the holder’s wallet, while staking ETH can mean handing it to a protocol, a smart contract or a third-party service such as Lido. The Foundation does not want Cardano holders grouped with custodial staking.
It also opposes new frameworks for DeFi lending and NFTs, arguing that existing laws should apply based on actual risk and function, and warns that heavy compliance costs could push blockchain businesses out of Europe. Learn Crypto also covered the joint letter the Foundation signed with Stellar Development Foundation, Hedera, Aptos Labs, Ava Labs and Chainlink Labs, which asks the SEC to write the digital commodity classification into its proposed rule.
Toto Finance has put a Cardano treasury proposal to a vote for 22 million ADA, about $4.6 million at today’s price, to build a Cardano strategic copper reserve that brings copper on-chain as a real-world asset, according to Learn Crypto.
The proposal needs 67% approval, and voting runs until November 16, the end of epoch 668. Learn Crypto said it had about 13 million ADA of yes voting power when he checked, called that far short, and does not expect it to pass. He had not gone through the proposal’s budget details.

ADA closes today back above the $0.2111 CRT low and holds it into Sunday, which would cancel the breakdown and open the 100-day EMA at $0.2193. A move through it would put the $0.2219 CRT high in play, with the 50-day and 20-day EMAs at $0.2263 and $0.2267 above it.
ADA closes today below $0.2111 and slides toward $0.20 on Sunday. A close below that level would expose the mid-September low near $0.19.
ADA stays bearish below $0.2111 and could test $0.20 on Sunday if it closes today under that level. A close back above $0.2111 would put the 100-day EMA at $0.2193 in play.
ADA trades at $0.2079, down 1.32%, after falling below the low of its recent CRT range. Price sits under all four daily EMAs and RSI is at 36.57, but the chart does not point to a single news cause.
Trader Crypto Captain says ADA could reach about $4 before the end of this year, which would take roughly 19 times today’s price. That is his own call, and on the daily chart ADA is below all four EMAs and under its CRT low.
The Cardano Foundation says it is not, according to Learn Crypto’s summary of its response to the European Commission. ADA stays in the holder’s wallet while staking, unlike models that require handing tokens to a protocol or third-party service.
