10:08 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Procore Technologies (PCOR) said Wednesday it is collaborating with IBM (IBM) to connect Procore Asset Management with IBM Maximo Application Suite, aiming to improve asset lifecycle management by linking construction and operations data. The collaboration is intended to create a unified flow of asset data across construction, operations and maintenance, helping teams improve operational readiness and manage assets more effectively. Separately, Procore said it has launched a voice-first mobile app, AI Go, that allows construction workers to ask questions and receive instant, spoken answers from project data within Procore. Procore said it is also working with Meta Platforms (META) to bring AI Go to Meta's AI glasses, allowing workers to access project information and capture first-person photos hands-free.
