Nvidia has signed large-scale capacity expansion agreements with six suppliers: Amkor, IBIDEN, KYEC, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, SPIL, and Unimicron. The agreements cover substrates, advanced packaging, testing, and optical engines. Within three years, substrate capacity will increase by 2.5 times, packaging by over 300%, and optical engine production by 15 times.
