04:09 PM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Boeing (BA) won US Federal Aviation Administration certification for its 737-10, the largest member of the 737 MAX family, clearing the way for deliveries to begin in the coming months, the company said Tuesday. The certification program included more than 2,000 flight-test hours, 1,000 ground-test hours and extensive safety assessments and design reviews, Boeing said. The 737-10 can seat up to 230 passengers in a maximum-density configuration, and Boeing said the aircraft offers longer range and the best seat economics in its class.
