Thomson Reuters sees Q3 organic revenue growth of about 9% excluding Global Print
Bitget2026/10/20 13:36- Thomson Reuters’ third-quarter 2026 outlook excluding Global Print implies approximately 9% organic revenue growth, versus approximately 8% previously.
- Adjusted EBITDA margin on that basis would be approximately 35%, versus approximately 36% previously.
- The October 1 sale of a 51% Global Print stake to KKR-advised accounts should boost annual organic revenue growth 60–70 basis points.
- Post-close adjusted EBITDA margin impact remains approximately neutral; royalties and transition-service reimbursements should largely offset stranded costs beginning in the fourth quarter.
- A revised full-year 2026 outlook is due November 3 with third-quarter earnings.
