According to Golden Ten Data, telecommunications analyst Roger Entner stated that if SpaceX (SPCX.US) acquires the spectrum related to Ligado and Viasat and wins licenses in the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) proposed auction, Starlink could control a "vast" block of mid-band spectrum. This assessment has put AST SpaceMobile’s (ASTS.US) spectrum strategy back under scrutiny.
