Teradyne to Make $300 Million Equity Investment in FormFactor

04:37 PM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Teradyne (TER) and FormFactor (FORM) said Monday they are launching a strategic collaboration to work on semiconductor testing projects, under which Teradyne has agreed to make a $300 million equity investment in FormFactor. The deal is subject to closing conditions and regulatory clearance, the companies said. The collaboration will support innovation projects in the semiconductor test ecosystem, increase opportunities for joint customer engagement, and back demand for advanced computing, AI infrastructure, and semiconductor technologies, the companies said. Teradyne shares were up 1.3% in after-hours activity, and FormFactor climbed 3.6%.
