Dana Gets EU Approval to Acquire Eaton's Mobility Business

06:43 AM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dana (DAN) has received European Commission approval to acquire Eaton's (ETN) mobility business, the regulator said Friday The Commission said it has cleared the transaction under the EU Merger Regulation following a simplified merger review procedure, concluding that the transaction would not raise competition concerns because the companies would have limited market positions.
