Nvidia (NVDA): Shares of the chip company rose again. The stock closed at a new all-time high on Monday for the first time since May. Lamb Weston (LW): Shares in the French-fry maker rose nearly 8% after the company raised its outlook for the year. It also reported better-than-expected quarterly earnings. Uber Technologies (UBER): The ride-hailing company has agreed to acquire catering and workplace meals platform ezCater in a deal valued at $2.3 billion. Uber's stock edged higher. Becton Dickinson (BDX): The medical technology company's stock rose nearly 3%. The business has agreed a deal with the Trump administration to invest $19 Billion in U.S. in exchange for tariff relief. BUZZ-Venture Global shares rise as reports say the company is in talks with China on LNG sales

October 6th - LNG producer Venture Global (VG.N) shares rose 2.3% to $13.77. According to Bloomberg, due to the Iran war disrupting global LNG transport and prompting China to seek diversified supply sources, the company is negotiating LNG sales with more Chinese buyers. Venture Global has not immediately responded to a request for comment from Reuters. Bloomberg reports that Venture Global has held preliminary discussions for long-term contracts with at least three Chinese LNG importers.
