The Nasdaq Composite hit a new peak on Monday to lead Wall Street's advance, driven by certain technology giants, as the 10-year yield crossed the 5.3% mark. The tech-heavy index gained 1.1% to a fresh closing high of 27,477.31. The S&P 500 added 0.7% to settle at 7,773.95, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average edged up 0.2% to 51,267.90.
