While Bitcoin, Ethereum, and altcoins have shown sideways movement in recent days, treasury companies continue their purchases.

Firstly, Strategy, the world’s largest publicly traded Bitcoin holder, also made purchases this week.

According to a statement by Strategy founder Michael Saylor, Strategy purchased an additional 334 Bitcoin. This brings the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 848,000 BTC. The company also repurchased STRC preferred shares worth $176 million.

Saylor noted that Strategy also holds $5.7 billion in assets, adding that the company’s dollar-denominated assets could cover current preferred stock dividends and interest payments for approximately 3.6 years.

Besides Strategy, Strive also made a BTC purchase. Accordingly, Strive announced that it bought an additional 2,000 Bitcoin worth $169 million. With this purchase, Strive’s total Bitcoin holdings reportedly increased to 29,462 BTC. The average purchase price was stated to be $84,422 per Bitcoin.

Strive CEO Matt Cole announced that 61.5% of the acquisition funds came from SATA, while $56.7 million was raised through stock options.

Ethereum Purchases Continue!

Bitmine, the world’s largest holder of Ethereum, also announced last week that it purchased an additional 15,112 ETH, bringing its total holdings to 6,016,414 ETH. According to the announcement, this represents 4.9% of the total circulating ETH supply.

The official statement also noted that Bitmine’s total assets, including cryptocurrency, cash, marketable securities, and strategic investment assets, have reached $17.4 billion.

This figure includes 6 million ETH, 214 Bitcoin, $643 million in cash and marketable securities, $180 million worth of Beast Industries shares, and $117 million worth of Eightco Holdings shares.

Last week, Nasdaq-listed company DeFi Development Corp. announced it had purchased an additional 26,203 Solana, bringing its total SOL holdings to 2.564 million. The company also stated that it generated additional SOL and commission revenue by using its SOL holdings for staking and operating its own validator.
