Dogecoin climbed 2.33% over the past 24 hours, reaching $0.09524, with daily trading volume recorded at $472,416,387. As the price approached a key technical level, market participants grew increasingly attentive to the possibility of a significant breakout in the days ahead.
DOGE targets $0.106 as analysts watch triangle breakout, DogeOS testnet launches
Descending triangle pattern draws attention
Crypto analyst Ali Charts, known for his technical assessments of digital assets, highlighted a descending triangle pattern forming in the Dogecoin price chart. He stated that the token is consolidating within this pattern, which has become progressively tighter as Dogecoin trades near the triangle’s apex.
Ali Charts pointed to $0.095 as the crucial resistance level to monitor as consolidation continues. He stated that a 4-hour close above this threshold may confirm a bullish breakout. In such an event, DOGE could rally toward $0.106, a level approximately 11% higher than current prices.
As Dogecoin consolidates inside a descending triangle, price compression has brought the structure close to its apex. If DOGE secures a 4-hour close above $0.095, a breakout could drive the token toward $0.106.
Until a decisive move occurs, the triangle formation remains intact. Over the past week, DOGE has slipped 1.17%, though the recent surge has brought its price just above the $0.095 resistance.

| Breakout target | $0.106 |
Analysts said the technical setup has become a central focus for traders seeking to anticipate short-term price movements in Dogecoin. While momentum remains uncertain, the narrowing range points to the potential for increased volatility as the pattern resolves.
DogeOS testnet and golden cross potential
In parallel with technical developments, the Dogecoin ecosystem introduced a new upgrade. Giannis Andreou, a prominent blockchain observer, announced that DogeOS—a project aiming to add functionality to Dogecoin—launched a public testnet for Ethereum-style decentralized applications (dApps).
Andreou described DogeOS as a shift for Dogecoin, opening the door to applications beyond the token’s traditional focus on payments and meme-driven transactions.
DogeOS has launched a public testnet designed to bring Ethereum-style apps into the DOGE ecosystem, potentially expanding its use cases far beyond payments and meme trading.
The public testnet makes it possible for more developers and users to experiment with new applications. Andreou said this expansion could help broaden Dogecoin’s role in the wider digital asset landscape.
He also noted that a “golden cross” is forming on the DOGE chart, referring to a technical pattern where the short-term moving average crosses above the long-term moving average, often seen as a bullish indicator.
If this golden cross finalizes, analysts believe it may add momentum to price action, further supported by new ecosystem initiatives such as DogeOS.
Dogecoin, launched in 2013 as a peer-to-peer digital currency, has built an active community and continues to introduce new ecosystem features as it competes for relevance among top digital assets.

"High US Treasury Yields + Strong Dollar" Test Emerging Markets
Morgan Stanley believes that the cumulative rise of nearly 90 basis points in U.S. Treasury yields, combined with a stronger U.S. dollar, has increased emerging markets' sensitivity to external shocks from 25% to a historical high of 55%-60%. With current sovereign spreads at around 200 basis points and valuation buffers exhausted, the divergence between local currency bond inflows and returns has reached its highest level since 2013.
