Snowflake plans private placement of $3.5 billion 0.00% convertible senior notes
Bitget2026/10/02 20:07- Snowflake launched a private placement of USD 3.5 billion of 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes, split between 2029 and 2031 maturities.
- Deal includes upsizes of up to USD 200 million of 2029 notes, up to USD 300 million of 2031 notes.
- Notes are unsecured, carry no regular interest, mature Oct. 15, 2029 and Oct. 15, 2031 unless converted, redeemed, repurchased.
- Proceeds earmarked for capped call hedges, cash repurchases of some 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2027, general corporate purposes.
