11:42 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- KKR (KKR), Blackstone (BX) and Warburg Pincus are mulling offers for vehicle glass repair company Cary Group, which is owned by CVC Capital Partners and Nordic Capital, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter. The report said Jefferies Financial Group has been signed as an adviser for the sale and that first-round bids for Cary are expected in the coming weeks. Talks are ongoing and there is no guarantee that the firms will proceed with bids, Bloomberg said. The news outlet reported in March that Cary could be valued at 3 billion euros ($3.38 billion). KKR, Blackstone, Warburg Pincus and Cary Group did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' requests for comments.
