US Stocks Move | Market Cools on Fed Rate Hike Expectations in October, Cryptocurrency Concept Stocks Rise
On Friday, U.S. crypto-related stocks rose, with TeraWulf (WULF.US) up over 8%.
According to Jinzhong Finance APP, on Friday, U.S. cryptocurrency-related stocks rose, with TeraWulf (WULF.US) up more than 8%, IREN (IREN.US) up more than 7%, and Robinhood (HOOD.US), MARA (MARA.US), and Cipher Digital (CIFR.US) all up over 5%. In terms of news, data released by the U.S. Department of Labor on the 2nd showed that the U.S. added 29,000 non-farm payroll jobs in September, significantly lower than the downwardly revised 133,000 in August and also below the average monthly increase of 45,000 over the previous 12 months. After the release of the latest non-farm payroll data, market expectations for the Federal Reserve to continue raising interest rates at its October monetary policy meeting further cooled. The cryptocurrency market generally rose, with Bitcoin increasing by 1.93% to $85,679 and Ethereum rising by 0.89% to $2,710.
