- Offer price set at 98% of NAV per share, calculated on the next NAV date following tender expiration.
- Action follows a 9-month average discount to NAV of 11.05% through Sept. 30, 2026, triggering the discount management program.
- Tender expected to start Oct. 16, 2026, with expiration set for Nov. 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET.
- Oversubscription will be prorated; settlement expected within about five business days after expiration.
