Under the deal and Nokia's previously announced $10 million cash investment, Nokia received an 11% equity stake in Inseego and warrants to buy an additional 0.8 million shares, Inseego said. Nokia will provide an additional $10 million by Oct. 15 to support Inseego's engineering investment, the company added. Inseego and Nokia shares were up 7% and 1% respectively, in premarket activity.
