05:10 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Grindr (GRND) said late Wednesday it has agreed to buy PurposeMed, the parent firm of Freddie, a telehealth provider of HIV prevention care, for $250 million in cash and stock. The deal, with $190 million in cash and $60 million in shares, may include up to an additional $70 million cash linked to performance targets, Grindr said. It expects to close the deal in Q4.
