Digimarc Enters $18.2 Million Registered Direct Stock Offering; Shares Rise

01:13 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Digimarc (DMRC) said Wednesday it entered into purchase agreements to sell common shares in a registered direct offering led by an existing Digimarc investor for gross proceeds of about $18.2 million. The offering is expected to close on or about Wednesday. Digimarc said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
