12:40 PM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Altrova Health (ROVA.CN) settled CA$215,000 of indebtedness, it said in a statement late Tuesday. The CA$215,000 of debt owed to three creditors was settled by issuing 3.6-million shares at CA$0.06 apiece. Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at CA$0.06 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
