According to Zhitong Finance APP, on Wednesday, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE.US) rose 8% to $66.42. In the news, Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced that it has won a $1.2 billion order from cloud infrastructure company Vultr to provide Helios AI racks equipped with AMD chips. Hewlett Packard Enterprise also adjusted its outlook for fiscal year 2027 and beyond. The company now expects that, as its market share in data center networking continues to expand, the growth rate of its networking business will reach around 20% in fiscal year 2027. It is expected that by fiscal year 2029, revenue from its data center networking business will grow at a compound annual growth rate of more than 50%.
