Choice Hotels International Agrees to Acquire Harvest Hosts in $130 Million Deal

09:05 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Choice Hotels International (CHH) said Wednesday it has entered into an agreement to acquire RV travel membership firm Harvest Hosts in an all-cash transaction with an enterprise value of about $130 million from growth equity firm Stripes and other shareholders. The transaction is expected to close on Oct. 1 and will be funded with cash on hand and borrowings under Choice Hotels' revolving credit facility, the company said. Choice Hotels said the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on its 2026 financial results. Joel Holland will continue to lead Harvest Hosts as chief executive officer, according to a statement.
