09:00 AM EDT, 09/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) and TAE Technologies filed a registration statement Wednesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for their planned all-stock merger, the companies said. TAE is involved in "fusion energy, power management, and cancer therapy," the companies said. Once completed, the combined entity will be owned equally by Trump Media and TAE shareholders, the companies said.
