- Terrell is SVP, Trading, global head of sulfuric acid at Trammo; director since 2021; director at Trans Sud since 2017.
- Brent Arsenault appointed CFO effective Oct. 1, 2026, replacing retiring CFO Patricia Fong.
- Arsenault has served as senior finance consultant to Edge Copper since 2025; previously held senior finance roles at Brio Gold, Yamana.
