05:49 PM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- PRA Group (PRAA) said late Tuesday it has priced a $400 million offering of 8.500% senior notes due 2033. The firm said it plans to use the net proceeds to help repay about $400 million of borrowings under its North American revolving credit facility. It expects to close the offering Oct. 2.
